We shall act as an intermediary between yourself and the tenant, dealing with any problems, repairs/maintance issues etc. which may arise during the term of the tenancy. A large number of homeowners actually let out their home so we understand how important it is that their property is well cared for whilst they are away.
White and Hayward offer 3 levels of service being Tenant Finder, Tenant Finder and Rent Collection or a Full Management service. Whichever one you choose we shall find you the very best tenant for your property through a comprehensive vetting service. Our services include:

• Free ‘no obligation’ property valuations and advice to guide you through the lettings process.
• Weekly advertising in the local press.
• Really extensive on line marketing via all of the major Internet property sites (plus some of the smaller ones too) which achieves very successful results.
• Large database of prospective tenants.
• We aim to accompany all viewings unless instructed otherwise by our clients.
• Honest feedback after viewings.
• Team members who are assigned to specific properties for continuity of service – we consider customer service to be paramount.
• Once a tenant has been found a non refundable deposit is collected from them and the property is withdrawn from the market whilst we carry out comprehensive referencing including employer, bank, previous landlord, credit and identity checks.
• Tenancy Agreements are drawn up on your behalf.
• FREE Inventory backed up with digital photographs.
• No additional fees for check in or check out of the tenants.
• Utility companies advised about new occupants.

Lettings Fees
All 3 levels of service include all of the above plus the following

Tenant Finder Only 6% (excl.VAT)

• Payment of 1st months rent by Internet Transfer

Tenant Finder and Rent Collection – 7.5% (excl.VAT)

• Collection and payment of rent by Internet Transfer on a monthly basis

Full Management – 12% (excl. VAT)

• Arranging professional cleaning
• Refurbishment advice
• Management of general repairs and maintenance
• Inspections during the first and third quarter at the request of the landlord
